IPS Prides itself on honesty which is a major pillar and guide for how people should treat others and conduct business. IPS believes honesty, as moral character trait, leads to positive outcomes to include but not limited to:

HISTORY

Intelligent Procurement Solutions (IPS) is able to support a wide array of products and services.

Founded in January 2024 by U.S. Marine Veteran, Jeffrey, and his wife Liza, IPS is a company that aims to help fulfill an end-to-end global defense supply chain of raw materials for the Department of Defense, its military branches and other federal and state local agencies. IPS prides itself in supporting the warfighter through business involvement for products and materials for use across the federal, state, and military services.

Founder/Owner, Jeffrey sought to leverage his military communications and military research and analysis experience to transition as an entrepreneur. As such, IPS specializes in contracts associated with, but not limited to law enforcement and first responder equipment, water treatment supplies, electrical wire and lighting components, medical and dental supplies, and communications equipment.

After serving over a decade in the U.S. Marine Corps, a driving factor important to Jeffrey is his professional life after military service that keeps him connected with fellow Veterans. Additionally, Jeffrey’s wife, Liza who is also co-owner and business partner, share Jeffrey’s vision and values while adding her own diverse business and industry expertise allowing Liza to expand the scope of business given her own previous entrepreneurial experience as owner of a child day care establishment. Both Jeffrey and Liza have involvement in strategically building relationships within their areas of expertise with set goals in mind for each product line.

The United States Government established programs and policies to improve federal contracting opportunities for veteran-owned small businesses. Such efforts are guided by Presidential Executive Order 13360 – that provide opportunities for Service Disabled Veteran Businesses to increase their federal contracting and subcontracting, dated October 20, 2004. By striving to meet the goal of EO 13360, the federal government honors the sacrifices made by veterans and their service to our country.
